A pilot was very lucky to escape with just light injuries by deploying a parachute to slow the descent of his plane as it crashed on a busy road in Belgium. People on the ground grabbed phones to shoot video while others just gasped. The light aircraft was captured plummeting nose down on video by shocked residents in Sint-Andries near Bruges.
