Kenny Chesney’s Here And Now Tour made its way to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 18. According to social media posts from several concertgoers, he sustained an injury to his hand during the show and blood was reportedly gushing from his hand and even ended up staining his jeans and shirt. It’s unclear how he was injured.
