A visitor collapsed at the Veterans Day ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery Wednesday. Fortunately a nurse happened to be close and rushed to his aid. She wasn’t just any nurse – she was the wife of the nation’s top military officer, Gen. Mark Milley.
