A man in Orange County, California, did too -- so he built his own … in his backyard. Ed Astrid, who is a contractor, built himself a tiny coffee shop he named La Vida. The 120-square-foot shop can fix six people inside and two outside. It features a small fireplace, bookshelf, board games, TV, wood counter, stools, a mini-fridge, pastry display, and – of course – a coffee maker. There’s even a chalkboard menu with personalized drinks named after Ed's family members. (Insider)
