The ladies of country music are taking over television!
Not only was the all female super group The Highwomen, Brandi Carlile, Natalie Hemby, Maren Morris, and Amanda Shires, on the Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday, but Runaway June took over Good Morning America! Naomi Cooke, Hannah Mulholland, and Jennifer Wayne performed "We Were Rich" off their debut album Blue Roses. The girls are doing pretty well for themselves too, they're currently on Carrie Underwood's Cry Pretty 360 tour and they're the first all female group in over a decade to have a song (Buy My Own Drinks) in the top 10 on the Country Airplay chart!
