Woman created a Subway sandwich so unusual that employees took pictures

Make that a 12 inch on Italian with the cheese mix. Cucumbers, Black Olives, Subway vinaigrette. Hold the meat! Apparently no one had ever come up with this one before because Subway staff lined up to grab a picture.
