Events are going on today (Friday) in Annapolis with A Memorial Garden Dedication at the Acton’s Cove Waterfront Park.. 2:33 PM there will be a moment of silence as this was the exact time the gunman entered the building and killed 5 people. Tonight there will be a concert held at the Maryland Hall featuring Eastport Oyster Boys, Gary Wright and Leah Weiss, and the First Christian Church of Annapolis Gospel Choir.
