This is CRAZY!
Ryan Block and his wife Veronica Belmont called Comcast to discontinue their service.
They were absolutely shocked when, after 10 minutes on the phone, the customer service rep was REFUSING to assist them and cancel their service.
After 10 minutes of going back-and-forth with the service rep, they began recording the conversation...
