Under Armour's commercials are usually filled with hulking athletes either training or playing their sport.  Rarely are those athletes women.

The Baltimore based athletic company has shifted its focus in their latest ad campaign.

The first commercial focuses on Misty Copeland, a ballerina with the American Ballet Company.  While we watch Copeland give us a stunning performance, a young girl's voice can be heard reading a rejection letter from a ballet school.

Rejection is a familiar term to Copeland.  As an African American who started dancing later in life than most girls, she never let the discouraging words of others keep her from getting her dream.  Now she's arguably the best ballerina in the world.

It's an amazing commercial and very powerful.  It's all part of Under Armour's new "I Will What I Want" campaign aimed at empowering women to never give up on their dreams.
