Guitar player Josh McSwain says they grill it! He said, "What I've always done in the past and I guess I'll do this Thanksgiving cause none of us have any time off so we'll all be together is I like to rub the outside of the turkey with butter, then wrap it in about eight layers of tin foil and throw it on a charcoal grill for about six hours and just keep flipping it, and then when you take it off it's perfectly grilled, falls off the bone, ready to go."
