Hey all! Just wanted to share some updates from my kitchen this week!

 

 

First, Monday night's meal turned out GREAT! A couple of changes...

- I had some trouble getting my dough flat enough to be "flatbread" so it was really more like pizza, but that's okay! It tasted great!

- I added balsamic glaze to the steak and mushroom flatbread too, and it was fantastic

- I couldn't find any ripe peaches, but I sliced them VERY thin and it worked just fine!

 

 

I made some big changes to last night's dinner too!

- For the mayo, I used 1/4 cup chopped rosemary, 1/4 cup chopped basil, and 3 cloves of minced garlic, plus some pepper

- For the burgers, I added 1/2 cup of the mayo, about 1 tsp of smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp + a pinch of onion powder, and a handful of breadcrumbs

- I cooked the burgers on a George Foreman grill and they were perfect! 5 minutes each

- For the homemade sweet potato fries, I drizzled them with EVOO then sprinkled sugar and a spicy chipotle seasoning for a sweet-and-spicy flavor

- I added extra mayo to the bun and put arugula under the burger
