A rumored collaboration between IHOP and Lay's potato chips has been confirmed. A couple of weeks ago, the Lay's Instagram page teased a new IHOP-inspired flavor and followers immediately got excited, but assumed it was just a joke. The post included a photo of a bag of Lay's and a caption which read, "Two icons: Lay's [and] IHOP’s Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity combo. Would you try this fake flavor, or … is it fake?” Well, apparently it's real. Lay's confirmed it this week. The flavor is described as having a hint of strawberry and maple syrup sweetness combined with savory bacon. The new flavor will be available exclusively at Walmart stores.
